WHBC AGM Saturday 13th March @ 3pm.
Location is Police Paddocks, 250 Brady Rd, Endeavour Hills
WHBC is holding its annual general meeting on the 13th March, commencing straight after our women’s team play in their semi final game. The date may change depending on where the team finish at the end of the regular season. Ideally we want to hold the AGM at the club, however an update will be posted once the details of the game are confirmed.
The meeting’s agenda will be:
- President’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- Election of committee positions
- Upcoming winter season
- Club’s name change
- Any other business
Please provide any additional agenda items prior to 12th March. Come down and cheer our women’s team on as they play finals, and stay around afterwards for the AGM to have your say or hear about the club’s future.
